EXPLANATION OF TERMS

Seminars: Explore ideas in the field of journalism with emphasis on reading analysis and discussions.
Methods: Teach editorial and practical skills.
Production: Require field reporting and completed reported pieces.

Advanced Reporting: Typically 15 weeks of instruction that include production of finished reported stories or on-going engagement with editing or other methods.

MINI Course: Duration 4-8 weeks, a Mini Class will typically not require more than one 1200 word piece or the equivalent project.
