Requesting Permission to Film at UC Berkeley

News media may film exterior campus areas but generally need permission to enter buildings to avoid disturbing classes or campus business, and to film anyone easily identifiable.

Learn about seeking to film or photograph on any property owned or operated by the University of California, Berkeley here: https://film.berkeley.edu/.

Those wishing to shoot documentary, educational or long-form news videos on campus should contact the Media Relations office via email, news@berkeley.edu.
