Laurel Moorhead
Laurel Moorhead is a multimedia journalist with expertise in video production and visual storytelling.
Most recently Laurel launched “By Design,” a web documentary project for Ammunition Design Group, and before that was a Digital Producer for Current TV where she managed a digital team of producers and interns for “The War Room with Jennifer Granholm.”
Laurel also served as a fellow for the Bill & Melinda Gates Africa Reporting Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo and worked at Reuters TV in Japan. She got her start in the magazine world working at the San Francisco-based travel magazine, Everywhere, followed by photography magazine, JPG. Her work has been published with Current TV, The Washington Post, Reuters, European Parliament TV, among others.
