Jessica Abbe
Independent documentary filmmaker and writer, living in Berkeley with Miles and Fiona, both at Berkeley High, and fellow filmmaker, J-school alumnus and husband Toby McLeod. We keep up close ties with former Dean Ben Bagdikian, who brought two former students with similar interests together. Film subjects I’ve worked on range from controversies over indigenous sacred sites to AIDS science to California history to public art and architecture.
