Angela Hart

Angela Hart is a print and multimedia journalist covering the environment, health care, and politics. A self-made specialist in explanatory journalism that connects policy and politics, her thesis at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism investigates how the Affordable Care Act may leave some of the Bay Area’s most needy residents behind. Angela is excited about the future of journalism. She’s written about Bay Area politics, land use and health care policy in the U.S. She’s worked extensively for the San Francisco Public Press, for a time at the Oakland Tribune, and recently left her job as editor at Patch.com in Rohnert Park, Calif. for Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism.
