I’m a reporter at The Seattle Times. Previously, I’ve been published in The Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post, New York Times Magazine, The Bay Citizen, The East Bay Express and aired on KALW News in San Francisco. I can report stories through quick turnaround articles, long form print features, photo essays, radio pieces and video. Name the field, I’ve probably covered it. Most of my work has focused on business, politics, and incarceration issues. But I have occasional forays into the lives of musicians, foodies, strip club managers and pinball wizards.
