Carrie Ching ’05 and Monica Lam ’04 produced video and multimedia features included in the award-winning “Broken Shield” project from California Watch and the Center for Investigative Reporting. “Broken Shield” was honored as a Pulitzer finalist in the Public Service category. The package also won two awards from Investigative Reporters and Editors (IRE): the Gannett Award for Innovation in Watchdog Journalism and the Multiplatform”ÓMedium award.
