Ravleen Kaur
Ravleen Kaur is a journalist from Portland, Oregon with roots in the Bay Area. Currently, she’s a health and environment reporter for Richmond Confidential.
Her work has ranged from reporting on education for Portland-area newspapers to documenting testimonies of India’s 1984 anti-Sikh massacres. She’s interested in pursuing stories about power, identity, and human rights. In particular, she’s focused on capturing narratives about immigrant communities and diasporic identity along the intersections of race, remembrance, and resilience.
