With a Master’s degree in Public Administration and over 8 years of experience in the education sector, Nelly brings a wealth of expertise in driving enrollment growth and enhancing student engagement. Even further, her journey in higher education management spans from serving as an Education Consultant in China to spearheading admissions at renowned institutions like Hult International Business School and, most recently, The George Washington University.

Nelly is known for being proactive, approachable, and open-minded, both as a leader and a team player.

In her new role, Nelly is excited to prioritize representation in enrollment efforts through targeted outreach initiatives and community collaborations. As a multiracial and multicultural individual proficient in four languages, including Spanish, French, and Mandarin, Nelly staunchly advocates for diverse and inclusive environments. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment for all prospective students as well as doing so within the workplace.
