Matheus Leitao
Award-winning reporter for a decade at dailies, magazines and news website in Brazil, Matheus was the first journalist to broadcast the video of former Federal District Governor, JosÌ© Roberto Arruda, receiving bribes. He also wrote the piece exposing former President Lula’s sons, who are not diplomats, being given diplomatic passports and was one of the authors who uncovered the Zoghbi Scandal, corruption case in the Senate. Speaker at two international conferences held by Abraji, Matheus worked at Correio Braziliense, Ìäpoca magazine and iG.com.
