Mara Kardas-Nelson
Mara Kardas-Nelson reports on health, human rights, racial inequality, economic justice, the environment, public policy and international development. Mara’s work has been published in The Guardian, Al Jazeera, The Nation, NPR, the Mail & Guardian, the British Medical Journal and Bloomberg, among others. Her work has earned her several journalism fellowships and awards.
