Katherine Griffin
Katherine Griffin (MJ 88) has held senior editorial positions at Health magazine (a four-time National Magazine Award-winning monthly), Yoga Journal, and WebMD, and was a staff writer at Health for eight years. Her work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Real Simple, Islands, Reader’s Digest, the Sacramento Bee, the Contra Costa Times, Family Therapy Networker, and the East Bay Express, among other publications. She has taught journalism at San Francisco State University; in 2002 she was a science journalism fellow at the Woods Hole Marine Biological Laboratory.
