Julian Glover is an award winning multi-platform anchor, reporter, and executive producer. He currently anchors the 11 a.m. Midday Live newscast at ABC7 News Bay Area and serves as the station’s Race, Culture, and Social Justice reporter. Glover’s recent reporting on discrimination in the home appraisal process and devaluation of Black neighborhoods has prompted action by the Biden-Harris administration and Congress to address longstanding inequities. His reporting has earned 2022 Emmy and Edward R. Murrow awards for excellence in reporting on topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is now the focus of the documentary “Our America: Lowballed”. You can stream “Lowballed” now on Hulu and the ABC7 News 24/7 stream. Glover also serves as an adjunct professor for Syracuse University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami and Master of Science in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse with a specialization in journalism innovation. Glover is originally from Washington, D.C. and has worked in newsrooms in Miami; Fort Myers, FL; Louisville, KY; and Cleveland.
