Joan Tilouine

Joan Tilouine is a Franco-algerian journalist. He contributed as an intern then as a freelance journalist to Le Monde, France Info, RFI, 20 Minutes. He’s also a regular contributor to the french investigation website Bakchich.info and to the lifestyle magazine Clark. He has worked for african publications based in Paris such as the monthly magazine Afrique Asie, People TV, Afrik.com. He reported from Pakistan, Colombia and West Africa. Before coming to Berkeley, he was a field reporter for the monthly news magazine Mag2 Lyon where he specialized in criminal justice and organized crime. Joan Tilouine graduated in political science and geopolitical at Paris University and holds a master degree in journalism from the French Press Institute.
