Fernando Haro
I’m Fernando, a local news editor and journalist based in Los Angeles County.
My work has appeared in Patch, Long Beach Watchdog and the Long Beach Post. I’m currently a Dean’s Fellow at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism, focusing on multimedia and hoping to refine my investigative reporting skills.
In my time as a journalist, I’ve covered devastating environmental disaster zones, tragic crime scenes, trials, arts and culture, sports and immigration issues.
Some of my work can be found on my reporter profile: fhbreakingnews.
