Christine Mai-Duc
Christine Mai-Duc is a reporter and political junkie whose homepage is set to Rough & Tumble. She grew up in Sacramento, known as much for its cows as its politicos, and has been known to follow midnight budget negotiations on Twitter. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where she was editor of the Berkeley Political Review. Her previous experience includes various internships in and around the state capitol, including a stint in Governor Schwarzenegger’s office, but she most enjoyed writing and reporting for Capitol Weekly in Sacramento. Christine has lived in the Bay Area for six years, and Mt. Tam is one of her all-time favorite places. She likes to cook, but only because she loves to eat, and her other vices include shoes and oldies music. She is equally inspired by beautiful photography and a really, really good piece of chocolate.
