Word on the Street: Photographs by Richard Nagler

Join us for remarks by Malcolm Margolin, publisher of Heyday, and by Peter Selz, eminent art historian and author of the introduction to Word on the Street.

Ken Light, adjunct professor at The Center for Photography, will introduce Richard Nagler, who will talk about his two previous critically acclaimed books, My Love Affair with Miami Beach (Simon & Schuster, 1991) and Oakland Rhapsody (North Atlantic Books, 1995), and his thirty-five-year project to pair isolated words found in the environment with random passersby, which culminated in Word on the Street.
