On March 13, 2007 Lieutenant General Romeo Dallaire will open the conference with a discussion of the genocide and its personal and professional aftermath.

On March 14, 2007 Gareth Evans, President of International Crisis Group will give the keynote adress. Panelists include representatives of the United Nations, Human Rights Watch, World Federalist Movement, Genocide Intervention Network, the Council on Forign Relations and more.
