Mark Ritchie: Putting the Politics into Food Politics

We continue the Food Politics Lecture Series with Mark Ritchie. Before founding the Institute for Agriculture & Trade Policy, Ritchie served as Executive Director of the Center for Rural Studies and policy analyst at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Ritchie is the author of numerous books, articles, and studies on a wide range of agriculture, food, environment, forestry, human rights and trade issues. A graduate of Iowa State Univeristy, he has a masters degree in International Public Law from the University of Amsterdam.
