The Graduate School of Journalism and the Online News Association are hosting a discussion about working at online news organizations and the new newsroom environment.

A panel of top editors from leading new media operations will discuss the transformation taking place in the industry, what’s in store for the future, and the range of opportunities that are and will be available for journalists ready to transition into the realm of online media.

The panelists will talk about the versatility of skills essential to working in the new media environment, the pros and cons of working in a new media newsroom versus a traditional one, career trajectories and other useful information that will help you navigate the new media landscape.
