Joel Salatin is one of the most innovative, successful and influential farmers working in America today. His Polyface Farm, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, grows grass-fed beef, chickens, rabbits, pigs, turkeys and eggs in a complex rotational system based on intensively-managed pastures and the symbiotic relationship between species.
