FIRST AMENDMENT AND THE ENVIRONMENT SYMPOSIUM
The Symposium is an interactive forum on the intersection of First Amendment issues with environmental law and policy. The event will help equip lawyers, media professionals, the public, and students in law and journalism with the practical, legal, and ethical foundations to be more effective in addressing, covering, and tackling environmental issues.
The Symposium is directed toward lawyers, law students, journalists, journalism students and the public. Speakers and panelists are drawn from a distinguished group of professionals in law, public policy, government, and media. $30 for members of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of California, $45 for non-member attorneys, and free for students and the public. Pre-registration required. Lunch will be served for pre-registrants.
