Rachel Waldholz ’13 recently finished her internship at KCAW radio in Sitka, Alaska. The station posted a “Thank you” to Waldholz on their website for all her hard work this summer.

Patrick Farrell ’06 posted his first column for the Nieman Storyboard, where he will be a regular contributor, called “Video Journalism That Works.” Farrell recently moved back to the Bay Area and works st the San Francisco bureau of The New York Times.

A New York Times blog cited the work of the school’s Investigative Reporting Program and its partners for “most interesting reporting” about casino billionaire Sheldon Adelson, a huge donor to Mitt Romney.

Richmond Refinery Fire Coverage on WSJ

Tawanda Kanhema ’14 was interviewed by The Wall Street Journal about the Chevron refinery fire in Richmond. Kanhema is reporting for the Richmond Confidential community site this fall.
