Lindsay Wasserberger
Lindsay Wasserberger graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, where she received departmental honors in Film Studies and minored in English. Before reporting for OaklandNorth.net, she associate produced a one-on-one interview program, “Julie Menin’s Give and Take.” She researched and wrote interview questions for the program’s quests: prominent leaders in politics, the arts, science, and business, including Anita McBride, Chief of Staff for former First Lady Laura Bush, and KT McFarland, a US national security advisor during the Nixon, Ford, and Reagan administrations. She also helped launch the show’s website. Lindsay is also interested in print journalism, and provided contributory reporting to the Huffington Post article “The Time to Act is Now” about the US stimulus.
