Jun Stinson
Jun Stinson is a producer with Al Jazeera’s new digital channel AJ+ and a former post-production producer and editor with Al Jazeera America.
She has produced segments for Current TV’s daily political analysis show The War Room and stories for KQED’s The California Report, among others. She has also worked on a series for MSNBC and the feature documentary Spark: A Burning Man Story that premiered at South by Southwest 2013. Her work is published in the Washington Post, Associated Press, espnW, and SFGate.com.
Jun graduated from UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism where she produced The 90th Minute – a documentary about one of the world’s top professional women’s soccer teams. She’s currently directing the film Futbolistas 4 Life, about access to safe places to play in Oakland, California.
