  SARAH McCLURE is a multi-platform video journalist with a focus on Latin America and the environment. Her work has appeared in Fusion, Agence France-Presse, NPR LatinoUSA, Univision, CBS.com, Berkeley Review of Latin American Studies and Sierra magazine. Most recently, she worked with Agence France-Presse in Mexico City and Univision’s investigative unit in Miami.

 
She has been featured in Surfer magazine (http://bit.ly/17mwC6Q), Whole Life Times magazine and Practically Green for her environmental reporting.

 
In May 2015, she will start the New York Times Student Journalism Institute. She is the recipient of the 2014 Ysabel Duron scholarship from the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, the 2013 Society of Professional Journalists’ Carl Greenberg Memorial Scholarship for investigative and political reporting (http://bit.ly/14ADDHf) and is a Berkeley Distinguished Graduate Fellow. She earned second place in the 2014 UC Berkeley Distinguished Fellows Video Contest (http://bit.ly/1mwMXnv).
