Tyche Hendricks
Tyche Hendricks is the editor of Governing California: Making Sense of Our State of Disarray, a project of The California Report at KQED Public Radio. Her book, “The Wind Doesn’t Need a Passport: Stories From the U.S.-Mexico Borderlands,” was published by the University of California Press in June, 2010. For many years she covered immigration and demographics as a reporter at the San Francisco Chronicle. She has taught International Reporting, with a focus on Mexico, and Reporting on Immigration, Race and Demographics at the Graduate School of Journalism.
