Margaret Katcher
Margaret Katcher is a first year master’s student at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism. She graduated from Yale in 2011 and taught elementary school in New Orleans as a Teach for America corps member. She turned to storytelling in the narrative film world, and produced a feature entitled Naz & Maalik, which premiered at SXSW. Margaret shifted to nonfiction stories and now specializes in multimedia science reporting.
She is an amateur but enthusiastic basketball player.
