I’m a multimedia journalist new to the Bay Area, studying at UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism.

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While attending LSU, I was a radio reporter, print journalist and served as managing editor at The Daily Reveille, the university’s student newspaper. I also worked with the university’s Cold Case Project, investigating and reporting on civil right’s era cold cases. I’ve interned at three NPR member stations: WABE in Atlanta, Georgia; KUT in Austin, Texas; and WRKF in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

When I’m not cooking or exploring San Francisco, I’m covering education for Richmond Confidential at UC Berkeley. After I graduate, I hope to work as an audio reporter and multimedia journalist.
