Roy A. Baril has been in the Journalism business for nearly 40 years. He started in the Newspaper business in 1980, working for Lesher Communications, Inc. in the East Bay area of Northern California (which included the Contra Costa Times, the Antioch Ledger, and 8 other publications in the East Bay).
