Founding Team Editorial Intern – Fintech Startup
In a Nutshell
Embrace Capital is a Berkeley-based, Fintech (financial technology) company. We educate people about disruptive technological trends and enable investment through AI-powered ETFs that are low-cost and tax efficient.
Embrace Capital creates innovative new investment vehicles (such as ETFs) which are marketed and sold in highly efficient and effective techniques that leverage the latest in digital marketing technologies. These financial products will be concentrated on future themes such as Robotics, A.I, Autonomous cars, Space economy and much more.
Embrace Capital is seeking full-time or part-time paid interns interested in Disruptive Technologies to help us create our editorial practice and build up our visual content creation process (including video) that will help us reach investors across the country.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment at a company led by two serial entrepreneurs and work on documenting and making sense of cutting edge technology across the Bay Area.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSSuccessful candidates will be inquisitive, well-informed college students or graduates pursuing careers in journalism and publishing, with excellent critical thinking, reporting, writing, and editing skills; good computer skills; social media expertise; and the ability to work well both cooperatively and independently. Knowledge of Finance & Technology preferred. Ability to come up with interesting news hooks, angles, and surprising takeaways quickly • Understanding of how to optimize stories for social and has hands-on experience working across various social platforms • Pitch and write trending/short-form articles and slideshows. Video editing / creation experience a big plus.
