Freelance Reporter in NYC, LA, Chicago, Seattle, Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas - Sorbeen

We are a start-up in the health and wellness platform looking to build up content on our website. The ideal candidates should deal professionally with public, both official and non-official for developing and producing stories by interviewing, shooting photos, writing, editing on a daily basis.

*** Applicants should have a college degree in journalism or a related field or equivalent experience***

***Must own laptop, DSLR camera***

***Excellent verbal and written communication skills***


Previous experience conducting in-person on-the-spot interviews.

Interviewing strangers can be challenging and frustrating. Successful Reporters are strong-willed and work past minor setbacks.

Using creativity and imagination, gathers information, conducts interviews, shoots photo, produces and reports assigned stories on a daily basis.

Stories should be factually accurate, fair and balanced in content, and written in a clear and concise manner.

Self-motivated and independent.


Must be creative and motivated, yet ready to adapt when things change.

Must live in or near a large metropolitan area

This is a part-time (3-5 hours per week) freelance position.
