Yesterday I found someone selling DVD's. I took an intrest in seeing what she had. I was at work at the time. I looked and saw some older moives, but then I saw the movie 50 First Dates. I know that wasn't released in DVD yet. So I stayed longer and watched as she went thru the movies she had. Then I saw The Passion. I knew then for sure these were pirated movies that were made to look like professional DVD's. Color covers and sealed packages. She was selling them for $10 each and 2 for $15. What do I need to do to claim the $10,000 reward forher arrest and conviction and get whatever is needed to have a sucessful conviction??
