CQ Roll Call seeks a full-time reporter for its Legislative Action team, which is responsible for CQ’s coverage and analysis of legislation as it moves through Congress. This reporter will write news stories and descriptions of votes, schedules and other actions in congressional committees and on both floors for CQ.com and print products, as well as write longer analytical pieces for CQ House Action Reports and CQ BillAnalysis. In addition to demonstrated attention to detail and experience in news reporting and writing, candidates also should have familiarity with Congress and legislative procedure. Evening and occasional weekend work required. Please include cover letter with resume.
