Administration Executive-Sales And Business Development - Sales
We are looking for a confident self-starter with positive energy to play a key role within our Sales team, which works closely with our sponsors - including the top companies in public safety, such as Panasonic, Taser and Verizon - to implement successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a high degree of attention to detail and a keen interest in learning the basics of sales and marketing and wants to get in on the ground floor of a successful, growing company at the forefront of online media. Key responsibilities include supporting our sales team by writing new business proposals, conducting market research and participating in various sales and marketing related projects.

Position:
Full time with a company option plan and benefits, including health care, dental and retirement
Entry level with opportunities for advancement
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
Can-do attitude and interest in sales and marketing
Client-facing customer service experience
Numbers-driven and highly organized, with ability to interpret data
Timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy are critical to this position
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, with strong phone presence and desire to educate prospective customers
Highly proactive in identifying and fixing problems or inefficiencies
Familiarity with online and contact management applications a plus
Experience with Excel and basic formulas
Experience with SalesLogix or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software a plus but not required
Job Responsibilities:
Support the sales team's day-to-day functions
Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports
Build contracts and proposals
Prepare presentations
Update all sales collateral and materials
Book Sales travel and trade-show arrangements as requested
Flexible attitude and ability to adjust to ever-changing client and sales process needs
Serve as effective ambassador for sales cross functionally to other company departments
Manage sales database and track sales performance
Research prospect accounts
Handle customer inquiries and interface with Client Services
Compiling CEO reports on a monthly basis
Be trained and evolve into the CRM "expert" within the company
