Description:
Inc.com is looking for an editorial intern to work in its downtown San Francisco office.
The internship will involve repurposing stories, pitching story ideas, reporting, and writing for the site. Candidates should be prepared to write 5 or 6 short items per day, tweet and Facebook everyday and handle other tasks as assigned. The intern will receive experience in the general workings of a forward-thinking website.
This is a full-time, paid position that doesn't include coffee runs or picking up dry cleaning.

Areas of particular focus include starting a business, money and finance, sales and marketing, innovation, technology, and business growth strategies. The site presents this valuable material in an easy-to-navigate package.
Experience:
Applicants should have an interest in business and a capacity for hard work on deadline. They should have experience reporting, writing, fact-checking, blogging for their college newspapers, in previous internships, online, or on other websites. They should follow current events, be sticklers for accuracy, and have a can-do attitude.
