Carolyn Raffensperger, M.A., J.D., is the founding executive director of the Science and Environmental Health Network, a national consortium of environmental groups dedicated to the use of science to protect the environment and public health.
She is the co-editor of Protecting Public Health and the Environment: Implementing the Precautionary Principle, and also writes the Science for Lawyers column for the Environmental Law Institute's journal Environmental Forum.
