In order to learn more about the way American food is grown, sold, cooked and eaten, journalist Tracie McMillan spent six months working undercover; first in California's fruit fields, then at Walmart's produce section, and finally an Applebee's kitchen. Join McMillan for a lunchtime talk about her experiences and new book, The American Way of Eating.
