Hear from UC Berkeley professor and award-winning environmental journalist Michael Pollan. He will talk about the lessons he has learned following a beef cow, an organic TV dinner, a bushel of corn, and a genetically modified potato through the food chain.

Michael Pollan will share his firsthand experience with the tensions between the laws of the market and the laws of ecology. He will discuss the prospects for reforming an industrial food system that is undermining both our health and the health of the land.
